Draintube CAPP enhanced flow drainage geocomposite allows designers and operators to replace the entire leachate collection and removal layer, prostate as required by RCRA Subtitle D. It includes on top a geocomposite filter specifically developed for CCRs. This filter prevents fine particles from passing through it without blocking the leachate flow. The compatibility of Draintube Coal Ash with CCRs has been validated through a laboratory testing program.

Properties of this process include increased internal shear resistance, long term creep resistance, and a much lower bulk void ratio for an improved behavior during and after installation. Bentofix CNSL – CCR offers a high internal shear resistance and a bentonite compatibility testing and proven with CCR.
Each part of the CAPP Composite Liner is highly compatible with the other and they will stay in direct and uniform contact, as required by the EPA.
