CCR Disposal Units Composite Liner

The CAAP Barrier System has been specifically developed for new CCR disposal units as it meets the EPA requirements for containment and leachate collection and removal system.

The CAPP Barrier System is available in a Standard format for typical containment requirements or in its Premium format for the more critical containment needs.

Draintube CAPP enhanced flow drainage geocomposite allows designers and operators to replace the entire leachate collection and removal layer, prostate as required by RCRA Subtitle D. It includes on top a geocomposite filter specifically developed for CCRs. This filter prevents fine particles from passing through it without blocking the leachate flow. The compatibility of Draintube Coal Ash with CCRs has been validated through a laboratory testing program.

Draintube maintains its transmissivity under significant normal stresses because it doesn’t experience creep and geotextile intrusion into the primary high-flow component. Therefore, ailment for most of the applications, viagra 60mg the applied combined reduction factors for Draintube are almost half of those applied to geonet geocomposites.

Solmax’s HDPE geomembrane utilizes the most performing resins on the market as well as the best additives, making it one of the best HDPE geomembranes available in the industry. Solmax’s HDPE series meets or exceeds all of the industry recognized, standard specification for HDPE geomembranes, the GRI GM-13 requirements. With a White Reflective Prime Finish, the effects of heat, such as wrinkles, reduced lifespan and installation issues, will be reduced, making Solmax’s HDPE geomembranes easier to install, control for quality, a better hydraulic barrier and a longer lasting geomembrane.

The Bentofix CCR Thermal Lock GCLs are made of polymer-enhanced natural sodium bentonite clay that provides the protection required in containment of potentially high ionic strength leachates. The proprietary heat treating process – the Thermal Lock process – permanently lock the needle-punched fibers into place. Properties of this process include increased internal shear resistance, long term creep resistance, and a much lower bulk void ratio for an improved behavior during and after installation. Bentofix CNSL – CCR offers a high internal shear resistance and a bentonite compatibility testing and proven with CCR.
